How do I complete my account verification?
Complete your account verification by submitting the required information and documents through the Client Portal or PU Prime App. The registration process consists of three verification levels:
- Level 1: Account Opening Verification - Complete your personal details and account configuration.
- Level 2: ID Verification - Submit your identity documents to unlock transaction qualification.
- Level 3: Address Verification - Verify your residential address to unlock withdrawal access.
Follow the steps below to complete your account verification.
On Client Portal
Identity Verification (Lv2)
- Log in to your Client Portal.

Select "Profile", then click "Lv2 Identity Verification" and "Verify Now".

Click Start Verification to start verifying your Identity document.

Select "All other Countries" to confirm your country of residence, then click "Continue".

Complete the required fields to verify your information, then click "Continue".

Select the type of Identity Document issued by your country and Click Continue.

Upload your Identity Document.
- Once submitted, your document will be reviewed within 1–3 working days. You will receive an update at your registered email address once the review is completed.
Residency Address Verification (Lv3)

Select "Profile", then click "Lv3 Residency Address" and "Verify Now".

Click Start Verification to start verifying your Residency address document.

Select "All other Countries" to confirm your country of residence, then click "Continue".

Complete the required fields to verify your information, then click "Continue".

Upload your Residency Address Document.
- Once you have submitted, our team will take 1-3 working days to review your document and you will receive an update to your registered email.
On PU Prime App
Identity Verification (Lv2)
- Log in to your PU Prime App.

Select your profile information section.

Select Verification.

Tap Lv.2 Identity Verification, then tap Verify Now.

Select the type of Identity Document issued by your country and Upload your National Identity Document.
- Once submitted, your document will be reviewed within 1–3 working days. You will receive an update at your registered email address once the review is completed.
Residency Address Verification (Lv3)

Tap Lv.3 Residency Address Verification, then tap Verify Now.
- Upload your Residency Address Document.
- Once submitted, your document will be reviewed within 1–3 working days. You will receive an update at your registered email address once the review is completed.
Important Information
- You are required to complete the accepted document for POI and POA verification during the Live Account registration process.
- If your verification is incomplete, check your Verification Status to identify any outstanding requirements.
- If you have submitted all required and complete documents, the relevant department will review your information and complete the account opening process within 1 working day. Once completed, your MT4/MT5 account password and document verification confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
