What is Negative Balance Protection?
PU Prime provides Negative Balance Protection to help prevent clients from incurring losses beyond their deposited funds. In certain circumstances where an account balance becomes negative due to stop-out or market conditions, clients may manually reset the balance to 0 via Client Portal or PU Prime App.

If the negative balance cannot be resolved, you may contact PU Prime’s Customer Care Team at info@puprime.com by using your registered email address for assistance. Following verification, PU Prime will assist in resetting the balance to zero, where applicable.
