Where can I view my personal profile information?

You can view your personal profile information through the Client Portal or PU Prime App, including your User ID, name, contact details, country of residence, date of birth, and verification status.

Via Client Portal

Log in to your Client Portal.
Select "Profile" from the left-hand menu.
View your personal profile information, including your User ID, name, phone number, email address, country of residence, date of birth, verification status and more.

Via PU Prime App

Open the PU Prime App and log in to your account.
Select the Profile icon in the upper-left corner.
Select your profile information section.
Under Profile, you can then view your personal information, including your User ID, verification status, phone number, email address, name, date of birth, place of residence, and address.
