How to change my PU Prime account login password?

Clients can change their login password through the Client Portal or PU Prime App. Ensure your new password meets the required security parameters. For security purposes, withdrawals are unavailable for 24 hours (T+1) after a successful password change.

On Client Portal

After logging into the Client Portal, navigate to the left-hand panel and select “Profile.
Select "Security Management" to modify password.
Under the Password section, click Modify."
An OTP Code will be sent to your registered email address.
- Click on 'Send OTP' should you not receive the OTP Code.
Enter your current password and create a new password that meets the applicable password requirements.
Click Confirm to complete the password change.
A security notice will be displayed informing you that withdrawals will be unavailable for 24 hours (T+1) after changing your password. Select Confirm to proceed.

On PU Prime App

Open the PU Prime App and select Profile.
Select Security.
Select Change Login Password.
Select Send OTP via SMS and enter the OTP received on your registered contact number.
Create a new password that meets the applicable password requirements.
Once you have successfully completed the password change, your new login password will be activate.

Important Information

Withdrawals will be unavailable for 24 hours (T+1) after successfully changing your password.
Keep your new password secure and do not share it with anyone.
Avoid using unsupported characters such as . and ( ) when creating or resetting your password.
