What is Proof of Face (POF) Verification?
PU Prime has implemented Proof of Face (POF) verification, which triggers a quick facial check to allow first-time binding of your account with an authorized authenticator. The authenticator setup via the PU Prime app is a crucial tool to authorize and secure any transactions from your account.
POF verification is limited to first-time setup; when switching authenticators, replacing old devices, or updating to a new device its excluded.
POF Verification Process
1. When prompted, follow the on-screen instructions to start the face verification process.
2. Ensure you are in a well-lit environment and your face is clearly visible.
3. Complete the facial scan as guided by the system.
4. Once successful, you may proceed with your action.

If your additional POF verification fails:
If the verification unsuccessful multiple attempts, the system may require you to contact our Support Team for further assistance, in which you may be asked to provide identity documents to help us verify your request.
