How to reset my PU Prime account login password?

Resetting your password allows you to regain access to your account or update your existing password for security purposes. You can reset your password through the Client Portal or the PU Prime App by completing the required verification steps.

Via Client Portal

  1. Go to the Client Portal.

  2. Click Forgot Password below the Log in section.

  3. Enter your registered email address and click Submit.

  4. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.

  5. Open the email and click the password reset link provided.
  6. On the password reset page, enter and confirm your new password.
  7. Once the password has been reset successfully, return to the Client Portal login page and sign in using your new password.

 
Via PU Prime App

  1. Log in to the PU Prime App.
  2. On the login page, tap Forgot Password. 

  3. Enter your registered phone number or email address.

  4. Tap Send OTP via SMS if you are using your phone number, or tap Send if you are using your email address.

  5. Enter the OTP verification code you receive.

  6. Once the verification is successful, you will be redirected to the password reset page.

  7. Enter and confirm your new password.

  8. Once the password has been reset successfully, return to the login page and sign in using your new password.
     

Important Information
 
  • The password reset link and OTP verification code are sent only to your registered email address or registered phone number.
  • If you do not receive the password reset email, please check your inbox, spam, or junk folder.
  • If you do not receive the OTP verification code or reset link, please ensure that your registered phone number is entered correctly before requesting a new code and please ensure that your registered email address is correct before requesting a new reset link.
  • The password reset link or OTP verification code may expire after a certain period. If it expires, please submit a new password reset request.
