How do I update my registered mobile number?
Via Client Portal
- Log in to your Client Portal.
From the left-hand menu, select Profile.
Click Security Management.
- Under the Phone Number section, click Modify.
Click Send OTP to receive a verification code on your registered phone number.
Enter the Verification code and click Confirm.
Enter your New Phone Number and Login Password, and click Confirm to complete the update. Once the verification is completed successfully, your registered phone number will be updated.
If You No Longer Have Access to Your Current Number
If you no longer have access to your current registered phone number or cannot receive the SMS verification code, submit a request from your registered email address to info@puprime.com with the required details and verification documents below.

Reason for the Change
Photo of both the front and back of your Proof of Identity
A selfie of yourself holding your Proof of Identity (An example is provided below for reference)
Last 4 digits of your Proof of Identity
Via PU Prime App
Log in to the PU Prime App.
Select the Profile icon in the upper-left corner.
Select your profile information section.
Select Phone.
If you would like to proceed, click “Send OTP via SMS” and fill in the OTP. Once completed, your contact number will be successfully changed.
Important Information
Withdrawals will be unavailable for 48 hours after your registered mobile number has been successfully updated.
Ensure the information and documents provided are accurate and complete to avoid processing delays.
The Proof of Identity submitted must be the same document used during account registration.
